I suddenly recall that I do have a habit.
I am currently working in Trade Marketing in an FMCG company, and you’ll recognize these words if you know them.
I do not admire the FMCG industry specially; My destination is in Marketing, and whether it is Marketing in FMCG or not is not so important. FMCG, however, is the most common trade in this world and reaches the most consumers/ customers/ users, and is the easiest to enter- you are surrounded by FMCG the second you walk into a Hyper/Super market or CVS or something, and both the store and its suppliers can not wait to show you all the tricks they are up to.
I love going to stores, I mean the type of stores I mentioned where FMCG overwhelms. It is interesting to perceive how stores differ from each other and more or less focus on a unique group of consumers. Goods change, too. Tracking the changes of certain suppliers or brands is even more interesting. I used to visit stores every day, and I dare say at that time I was more sensitive to the market than marketing guys in company X (where I am working). These days I have to spend most of time in the office, but I still go to shopping on weekends, and it is a good idea to record what I see and think.
The rules for the blog are:
1. All the pics and writing I put on here is out of personal interest only; they are neither judgment nor standards.
2. Taking pics of goods or displays is not accepted by all the stores. I have to use a mobile phone and thus pics are of low quality. I will explain as clearly as possible. If any store or product considers the pics as violating, please just contact me and I will delete them…
3. As a private blog, I like to put on some off-topic things here and there, once and again. Please tolerate such little self-indulgence. I am not a serious blogger and can not take it as seriously as sth to gain fame or money, though I really really admire those whose blogs succeed in both.
4. Languages. It is up to me ^^
